Dye sublimation is a process that uses a special heat sensitive dye to print graphics and text first onto paper. The paper print is then transferred onto a final print object or media using heat. When the sublimation process is completed, the graphics and text is fixed onto the final print object or media and become a part of the surface.

UTec's universal sublimation ink is desgined for use in Epson, Mimaki, Mutoh and Roland peizo-based wide format printers with outstanding durability as well as long shelf life. It reproduces vivid colors on different print media and has excellent performance on high speed printing devices.
